*Qualifications and Education Requirements*
· Must have 4 years experience with all aspects in Quickbooks Pro.
* Experienced in Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable
* Experienced in preparing and analyzing monthly Financial Statements.
* Experienced in making month end Accounting adjustments.
* Experienced in Payroll and preparing monthly and quarterly returns: 941, 940, State Withholding returns, State Unemployment Returns, Sales & Use Tax.
* Experienced in running credit checks on prospective Sales Representatives.
* Experienced in preparation of W-2’s and 1099’s.
* Insurance Knowledge.
* Must have Strong Organizational and time management skills.
* Must have Computer skills – Proficient in Microsoft Office Products including E-mailing.
* Must be adaptable, flexible creative, and exhibit a willingness to accept change in a growing company atmosphere.
* Applicant will be required to pass a Criminal Background Check and be drug tested.
All employees during their employment with Play Mart, Inc.

· Process employee paperwork for hiring, benefits, evaluations and terminations.
· Manage time and benefits for all employees.
· Updating employee policies as needed.
*Preferred Skills*
Accounting/bookkeeping experience, accuracy with calculations, highly proficient with QuickBooks.
Computer proficiency – email, Word and Spreadsheet documents, internet navigation.
Proficient typing skills and accurate spelling and grammar.
At minimum, High School Diploma.
