_*Job Functions*_ * Process weekly payroll.
* Process yearly W-2's.
* Prepare and file payroll federal, state, and local taxes (weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly).
* Reconcile payroll balance sheet accounts.
* Reconcile 401K, health insurance, and life insurance accounts.
* All other duties as assigned.
_*Job Requirements*_ * Account degree *(preferred) *or payroll experience.
* Provide excellent customer service and maintain a professional demeanor.
* Highly organized.
* Team player.
* Proficient with Excel and Word.
* Experience with automated accounting system.
* Ability to work in a multi-task environment.
Job Type: Full-time Pay: $37,000.
00 - $43,000.
