00/hr depending on experience Job Duties: Schedule sales, service, and installation calls Answer phones Place orders with vendors Maintain filing system Call on receivables for collection purposes Maintain job log Process checks for payment against Accounts Payable Code timecards and process payroll Maintain current pricing on all job cost spreadsheets Reconcile all balance sheet accounts at month end and update General Ledger Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent 2+ years of experience in office experience Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong computer skills, including working in MS Office Highly organized with great attention to detail Ability to multi-task
