Job Description/Responsibilities:
The Accounting Administrator processes all invoices for payment, bills customers for byproducts, ensures appropriate coding, check and ACH processing.
Responsible for month end subledger reporting of banking transactions, AP and AR for their location.
Supports management with reporting and research requests, maintains files in an organized and complete manner, assists in budgeting process, communicates effectively, thoroughly, and timely.
Supports strong internal controls.
Qualifications/Requirements:
Ability and willingness to work non-traditional hours (nights/weekends)
Ability to project a professional image
Excellent oral & written communication skills
High School diploma or GED equivalent
Successful work experience
Working knowledge of MS Office Products (Word, Excel and Outlook)
Strong interpersonal skills
Ability to work overtime if necessary
