Responsibilities:
*Greet customers and make them feel at home *Answer any questions the customers may have *Assist Customers in preparing their orders *Clean work area as needed to maintain a tidy work environment *Respond to all complaints in a friendly and professional manner *Staying organized *Posting to social media *Creating engaging e-mails
Skills:
*Excellent communication skills with children and adults *Friendly attitude even when dealing with disgruntled employees *Responsible and proven ability to maintain scheduling commitments *Ability to problem solve quickly concerns customers may have *Good communication skills with customers *understand social media
Must love interacting with parents, children and other staff members, be comfortable speaking on the phone, have good writing skills and be eager to learn.
A great front desk member would have excellent customer service skills and be detail-oriented.
**All positions currently listed will start with part-time hours (8-15 per week) and may require working on weekends.

Available shifts and compensation: Available shifts all days except Sundays.
Compensation depends on your experience.
