This is probably an early 1980's 1655 with a three point hydraulic hitch, aluminum frame belly mower and an Onan engine.
It is two wheel drive and a real beast.
They even put front end loaders on these.
The only thing wrong with it is that it is not charging which I believe is the stator is bad.
It would need to be replaced or an alternator put on with some kind of mount attached to the motor.
All the metal is in great shape so it could easily be restored.
