Delicious, local quail eggs from birds fed only soy-free, organic layer feed right here in Richmond, KY!
Quail eggs are much smaller than chicken eggs (it takes 4-5 quail eggs to equal one large chicken egg - see pictures for size comparison), but they are packed with nutrients and considered by many to be a "super food!" Just search online for "health benefits of quail eggs," and you'll see! We started raising quail on our small hobby-farm to provide our family with high-quality, soy-free eggs, but we are now producing way more than we can use!
We offer two types of eggs:
Jumbo - these eggs are cream colored with brown spots and average around 15 grams per egg - $8 per dozen (2 dozen minimum)
Standard (Celadon) - these are light blue eggs that average around 12 grams per egg - $7 per dozen (2 dozen minimum).
All eggs are washed and refrigerated at or below 45 degrees Fahrenheit per KY State guidelines.
We are registered and licensed to sell eggs in Kentucky.
For security reasons, we do not allow visitors to our farm for egg pick-up, so we will work with you to arrange meeting within a reasonable distance from Richmond, KY.
Please bring exact cash for your purchase as we do not carry cash when meeting for a sale.
