Job Type: Full-Time
Essential Duties and Tasks:
Keeps a daily checklist of all cleaning activities.
Supervises employees on off-site jobs, working with them to ensure all tasks are completed to standard, per S.
O.
W.
and within the allotted time.
Meets with Project Manager to ensure the cohesiveness of the on-site supervision.
Responds to requests from customer/tenants for immediate clean-up.
Tracks the use of all cleaning equipment and utensils; to include cleaning towels.
Education and Experience:
High School Diploma or GED
2 yrs.
experience in janitorial duties.
1 yr.
experience in floor care.
Must have basic knowledge of maintenance and custodial work.
Must be able to perform all janitorial tasks on a daily basis.
Physical Demands:
Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
or more.
Regularly required to sit, stand, bend, reach, push, pull, lift, carry, and walk about the store.
