DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1.
Receive money for purchases and calculate customers change, may have to operate cash register depending on the marina
2.
Provides the highest level of customer and guest services, expedites any and all requests from vessels
3.
Greet customers courteously and sell merchandise to them
4.
Clean restrooms, docks, walkways, sidewalks, equipment and other areas as requested
5.
Performs opening and closing job duties
6.
Help customers find the item they desire to purchase on the shelves
7.
Maintaining the outlook of the store.
This implies cleaning, arranging, and when necessary stocking the shelves
8.
Ensure excellent retail experiences to customers
9.
Maintains awareness of safety issues and reports them immediately to supervisor
10.
Other duties as assigned by management
OPERATING RESPONSIBILITIES:
Work performed and composed of a variety of different tasks, calling for the use of sound judgment; and compliance with policies and procedures.
Must be a self-starter and be able to work in a team environment to achieve team, department and company goals.
