Job Description/Responsibilities:
The Tool Crib clerk's responsibilities involve issuing tools and materials, and fielding questions from others on materials and procedures.
Keeping track of inventory for barrel/mill supplies, spare parts, PPE, needed mainteance items and reordering as needed.
Create Purchase Orders for barrel supplies, spare parts and anything that needs to be ordered for all areas of production, maintenance and other managers.
Perform other job duties assigned.
Qualifications/Requirements:
experience in a fast paced environment
Ability to handle multiple tasks at one time
Ability to quickly learn new systems/processes
Working knowledge of MS Office Products (Word, Excel and Outlook)
Working knowledge of MS Office Products (Word, Excel and Outlook)
Ability to pick up and/or move objects up to 50 pounds without assistance.
Ability to work overtime if necessary
In-person job attendance
Strong communication skills
Ability to read and write
Ability to work near moving mechanical parts
Noise level at work station is loud (metal can manufacturing, large earth moving equipment) Apprenticeship program, technical school, or Associates Degree
